Workers represented by UFCW Local 152 at Tyson Foods’ poultry processing facility in Vineland, New Jersey, have voted to ratify a new three-year collective bargaining agreement.
The contract, approved on June 13, covers nearly 100 employees working in the plant’s production, sanitation and warehouse departments.
Under the new agreement, union members will receive guaranteed annual wage increases throughout the three-year term, along with a ratification bonus. The contract also includes improvements to shift differential pay for second-shift employees, ensuring workers whose shifts extend into a different pay period receive the appropriate premium pay.
