Your safety is our top priority
We are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety
and health of attendees of the 2020 Food & Drug Conference.
Please read below and contact us here if you still have questions or concerns.
Caesars Palace also published their own guidelines on health and safety.
View their guidelines here.
Will face masks be required?
All staff who work at Caesars Palace will wear face coverings.
So will team members of Bleiweiss Communications Incorporated and the other volunteers who assist with the production of the Conference.
Attendees will be strongly encouraged to wear face coverings during the Conference, meals and networking opportunities.
What about hand washing and sanitation?
Caesars Palace will provide hand sanitizer and/or hand washing stations throughout the conference center hallways.
In addition, many doorways will be propped open to avoid unnecessary contact with hard surfaces.
All frequently touched surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized regularly by conference center staff.
How will we maintain social/physical distancing?
- The registration desk will be set up to allow for social/physical distancing.
- During the program, tables will be set up to ensure at least 6 feet of separation between attendees.
- Water and coffee stations will be attended by a hotel employee. Self-service will not be allowed.
- The breakfast buffet and boxed lunch stations will have single-sided lines and banquet staff will serve attendees.
